The RX/62T 80-pin breakout is a very simple breakout board, bringing all 80 pins out to three pads each, as well as including a minimum amount of support circuitry - some pullup/pulldown resistors, reset, power, and an E1 debug/programming connector.

Design rules are 8/8 with 20 mil holes, two layer, suitable for nearly any fab.
